Pôle de Compétitivité Monastir El Fejja (Manouba) mfcpole, is a society anonyme (SA) private law, created in October 2006 and established under a private and public partnership (PPP) frame. Supported by banks and financial leaders, mfcpole main mission is the development of an ecosystem of growth and the implementation of smart specialization strategy driven by the state sector around the Textile - Clothing by targeting promising activities.
Mfcpole mission also the development, management and promotion of a new generation of industrial parks complying with international and environmental standards and including a wide range of services to facilitate the location of industries and service providers.
Mfcpole makes available Tunisian and foreign enterprises, developed land, industrial buildings and relay platforms, open space as well as support to their establishment and development.
With its varied and adapted offer, mfcpole presented on the partner of choice and is the environment conducive the development of national and international investors.

- Decree of accreditation: June 9, 2006, the company was accredited as a private company managing the Textile Technopark in Monastir.
- Agreement on setting up, and managing mfcpole parks signed on 24 November 2006 between the Tunisian government, represented by the Ministry of Industry, and the mfcpole company.
