neopark Monastir is a new industrial park located in Monastir region. It is dedicated to the development of clean industries and services activities.

Neopark Monastir is developed under international and environmental standards. It covers 110 ha and it is located at the border of Monastir textile Technopark (neotex Manastir Technopark).The location of neotex Monastir is caracterised by the proximity to : labor supply, training institutions and Monastir University, logistic facilities (airport, proximity to Sousse Port, transport…), several industrial zones in the region.

neopark Monastir covers an area of 110 ha.

• The first installment of neopark Monastir covers 49,7 ha.
  • Space for various industries: net surface area plots of land: 36.85 ha (Build: 552 843 m² / 101 plots).
  • Space for small businesses: 1.2 ha (Build 12087 m² R 1 /20 plots).
  • Business Center (Cafés, restaurants, hotels, mosque, kindergarten, offices, administrations and all tertiary activities, etc..): 0.50 ha (Build 15144 m² R 4/4 lots).
  • Green areas and parkings : 1,54 ha
  • Roads : 9,6 ha
